I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby enroll my child in The Spanish Schoolhouse for the In Person Spanish Club program and affirm my understanding and acceptance of the following conditions:
Payment Policy and Fees:
A one-time registration fee of $50.00 per student or $75.00 per family applies to all new students upon enrollment. Monthly tuition fees must be submitted via E-transfer to the designated email address,
[email protected], on or before the first day of each month. All fees are subject to the inclusion of HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that a written notice of cancellation, provided at least two weeks in advance, is mandatory. While no refunds will be granted, The Spanish Schoolhouse will issue a school credit, which remains valid for one year. Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing, with one full month's (30 days) notice.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be provided for absences due to illness, vacations, or any other form of absence from the program. Upon request, learning materials will be available. However, a full refund will be issued for classes canceled by the school, with no refunds for weather-related cancellations.
Liability Release:
I release and discharge The Spanish Schoolhouse and its staff from any and all claims, actions, or demands arising from any damage, loss, or personal injury incurred by my child or myself during the program.
Make-Up Classes:
I understand that the program does not offer makeup classes for any missed sessions. Fees will not be refunded for sick days, vacations, or any other form of absence from the program. Although no make-up classes will be provided, learning materials will be available upon request.
Medical Treatment Consent:
I hereby grant explicit permission to The Spanish Schoolhouse to seek medical treatment for my child in the event they are unable to contact me.
Photos and Videos:
I understand that The Spanish Schoolhouse staff may capture images or videos of my child during the school year. These may be used for in-school displays, the website, and school social media platforms.
Administrative Forms:
All necessary administrative forms must be completed and submitted to the school's office before your child begins the program.
By signing my signature below, I confirm my understanding of and agreement to the aforementioned terms and conditions. I also grant my child full permission to actively participate in The Spanish Schoolhouse program.
