Language, Creativity and Cultural Connection
Our summer programs are designed to help children hear, understand and use Spanish through lively, age-appropriate experiences. Depending on the learners and program format, activities may include conversation, music, storytelling, games, projects, reading, writing, arts and crafts.
Classes are led by fluent and proficient language teachers. Our teaching team includes native Spanish speakers and educators with qualifications such as degrees in education, Master’s degrees in Applied Linguistics, DELE diplomas and Early Childhood Education diplomas.

Are Summer 2027 Spanish programs currently available?
Yes. The Spanish Schoolhouse currently offers limited Summer 2027 Spanish programming. Current programs are listed above. We would also love to expand into additional Toronto and GTA communities, schedules and group formats, so families and organizations are encouraged to submit the summer interest form.
Who should submit the summer program interest form?
Parents, caregivers, daycares, preschools, schools, after-school programs, libraries and community organizations can submit the form. You do not need to have every detail finalized before contacting us. The form is especially helpful if the programs currently listed above do not match your location, schedule or group needs.
Where could an additional summer Spanish program take place?
An additional program may be considered for a suitable home learning space, library, daycare, school, after-school program or community venue. Every venue and address must be reviewed before a program can be confirmed.
What ages can summer Spanish programming serve?
The Spanish Schoolhouse works with children and teens from ages 3 through 17. The age range and number of interested learners help us determine whether an appropriate program format may be possible.
Does my child need previous Spanish experience?
No previous Spanish training is required. Program formats are designed around the participating learners’ ages and experience.
What happens after I submit the interest form?
You will receive a confirmation email. The Spanish Schoolhouse team will review the location, likely group size, ages, timing and venue information, then follow up if there is a possible fit or if more information is needed. The interest form is separate from registration for programs already listed as available.
