Spanish Classes by Age for Preschoolers, Kids and Teens
The Spanish Schoolhouse has offered Spanish programs for children since 2004. In our teacher-led classes, students learn through conversation, stories, movement, games, creative work and activities connected to Spanish-speaking cultures.
Our Spanish classes for children ages 3–17 include two age-appropriate learning paths. Preschool Spanish welcomes children ages 3 to 6, including 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds, 5-year-olds and 6-year-olds who are beginning to discover the language.
Spanish Club serves school-age children ages 6 to 12 and teens ages 13 to 17. Activities and expectations are adapted to each group’s age and Spanish experience, so beginners can start comfortably while returning learners continue developing conversation, reading and writing skills.
Preschool Spanish and Spanish Club are offered in person at selected locations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Children who live elsewhere can learn through personalized live virtual Spanish lessons.
