Payment and registration

A place is confirmed only after payment is verified. E-transfer registrations remain pending until payment is manually matched.

Cancellation and refunds

Written cancellation must be provided at least two weeks before a session begins. Eligible credits are valid for one year. Refunds or credits are not provided after the session begins.

Absences and make-up classes

There are no refunds or make-up classes for illness, vacations or other absences. A full refund is provided for a class cancelled by The Spanish Schoolhouse.

Participation and liability

The parent or legal guardian permits the child to participate and acknowledges the normal risks associated with the program, except where prohibited by law.

Photos and videos

Photos or videos may be used for school displays, the website and social media when consent is provided.
