Flexible Group Options
Who Can Create a Group?
Parents, guardians and organizers may request a class that brings together children or teens with shared goals, interests or schedules.
Customized group classes are for children and teens. Final program structure, pricing, instructor availability and location approval are confirmed only after the request is reviewed.
Planning Your In-Person Class
Location and Minimum Group Requirements
Minimum enrolment depends on the requested location and its distance from the applicable service hub.
GTA Service Area
- Within 15 km of our GTA service hub: minimum 5 students
- More than 15 km and up to 30 km: minimum 8 students
- More than 30 km and up to 40 km: minimum 10 students
- More than 40 km: not eligible for a customized in-person group class
Peterborough and Lakefield Service Area
- Within 15 km of Peterborough or Lakefield: minimum 5 students
- More than 15 km and up to 20 km: minimum 8 students
- More than 20 km and up to 30 km: minimum 10 students
- More than 30 km: not eligible, unless the location independently falls within the GTA service area
Distance and eligibility are verified after submission. Requirements may also be affected by instructor availability, travel conditions and the requested program.
