Can I join if I have never studied Spanish?
Yes. The A1 “I’m Starting” course is designed for complete beginners with little or no previous Spanish experience.
Are the classes live or prerecorded?
Classes are taught live online by real instructors. You can ask questions, receive feedback and practice with classmates during each lesson.
How large are the online classes?
A1, A2 and B1 are scheduled TOSS group courses. Group size and current availability are shown by TOSS. B2 is delivered through Private Progression rather than as a scheduled group course.
Can I take classes outside Toronto?
Yes. Adult learning is delivered online through TOSS. Check TOSS for the current geographic availability, schedule and timezone details.
What if I am unsure of my level?
