Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, we kindly ask that you notify your teacher by email or text with reasonable notice. No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled classes. With proper notice, a makeup class may be arranged at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible within the current month, a credit may be applied to the following month. 3.
